THE BOTTOM LINE

A very weak base of snow is supporting recent storm load in the upper and mid-elevation (3000m-4000m).   High risk of human triggered avalanches.  The risk remains Low below Gulmarg village (2600m) where no significant snowpack existed prior to the recent storm.  Avoid entering the mountains above treeline.
